Healthy pizza crust

Our mission is to create delicious yet healthy food. Tasty and healthy can go hand in hand and our pizza crust is proof of it.

Our pizza is a blend of flax and sunflower seeds, lupin combined with almonds or cauliflower, eggs, and cheese. All ingredients are low in carbohydrates content and serve as abundant sources of proteins, healthy fats, and essential nutrients.

We deliberately avoid wheat due to its high carbohydrate percentage, particularly the detrimental impact of processed wheat on the human body. It is so widely recognized that no healthy diet includes it in its repertoire.

Our pizza crust, blend of healthy ingredients, can be recommended for everyone:

  • The nutrient rich crust promotes well-being for everyone who eats
  • It is good for sport, because of high percentage of proteins
  • It's beneficial against obesity as its low carbohydrate levels make it compatible with low-carb or keto diets
  • It's diabetes-friendly, characterized by a low glycemic index, which helps prevent spikes in blood glucose levels.

How we work

How to Prepare Pizza Before Eating

In the Case of Non-Frozen Pizza:

When you're ready to eat, remove the pizza from the packaging, discard the cardboard tray, and place it on a preheated oven tray at 230 degrees Celsius for 5-6 minutes. We recommend using a tray with good heat conductivity to achieve a crispier crust.

In the Case of Frozen Pizza:

When you're ready to eat, remove the pizza from the packaging, discard the cardboard tray, and place it on a preheated oven tray at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 12 minutes for almond crust. If using cauliflower crust, you will need an additional baking time of approximately 5-7 minutes. Once again, using a tray with good heat conductivity is recommended for a crispier crust.
